As an Ethiopian, I find the Rastafari crap to be complete crazy/messed and many Ethiopians also feel the same. Stealing our colors, making Haile look like a fool and just giving Ethiopia a bad name makes me pissed. This is something that I would never understand.

What we are seeing in the streets of cities like Kingston, New York, Boston etc is sicken me which is blacks are killing blacks for pity resones day in day out what a stupidity.. We have a land that is wide enough to accommodate the rasts of Jamaica. I wish more of them moved there to Ethiopia and live a life free of the intimidation of crime, for sure Ethiopia can offer that kind of security on the street.

Before Haile selassie I became an Emperor He was known as RAS TEFARI MEKONIN
Ras, meaning Head of or Incharge
TEFARI is his first name
MEKONEN is his fathers name as there is no such thing as last Name in ethiopian tradition
Haile selassei Meaning the power of holy trinity was given to Ras Tefari Mekonin by the church when he was inogurated as an Emperor of Ethiopia

the Rasts has saved Ethiopia,when everyone on earth were against Emperor Haile Selassie the only people who stood by him are very few Ethiopians and all Rastas; i am sure Rastas will rescue us out of the mess we are in.
the Emperor loved them so much-brought them near him and gave them the most fertile land on Earth(Shashemene ).that said something to me.
