Unless you have practiced this form with all your heart, your comments should not be allowed to taint the purity of this page. This form has changed my life in every way imaginable...Mr Winn is an extraordinary teacher. The "effects that are noticeable to others" have been recognized/acknowledged by two Spiritual Masters now thanks to Primordial. Thank you Michael for sharing such a Gem, such a shame you have to deal with nay-sayers who so flippantly write ego-fueled anger. Infinite gratitude

@winnerwinn you are right, everybody get benefits from the practice. My point is that if you don't do the movements properly you don't get more benefits than walking or swimming. AND, a profissionl, who teaches and sell DVDs should have the first level, the biomechanichal level quite sound.. I suggest to you some chiropractics, feldenkrais or Hanna somatics.

Thank You for showing your true colors as I knew you were a hater. I will pray to the universe this is taken from your heart.

Hey I saw your anti Christian rhetoric on your latest email. That is not very nice for a " spiritual person" You also talk against martial art practioners. Did you get beat up as a little boy or something. Do you not think New Age is not a religion ? It is based upon the the same things most organized religions except that all of its parts are mystical. Don't be a hater . You should respect the Christians celebration this time of the year. Shame on you. A true Taoist is neither for nor against.

@Consciouslivingbiz What is you name brother? My name is Bill. Those 7 words come from Adi Da. He is a Supreme Guru- a prejudicial statement coming from one of His devotees that has experienced miracles caused by Him. I live on an ashram. I meditate and do other practices- am just starting to explore the Chinese Dharma of the Tao. Mostly I am familiar with Indian Dharma. I am going to be watching all your videos. Love Bill

@wbworden108 Yes, this is very true and in those few words you summed up everything I said. There is so much beauty and meaning in those 7 words, unfortunately most people don't understand their true meaning. God knows I didn't use to, but now I feel as if those 7 little words are apart of the very essence of my soul.

@Consciouslivingbiz "Nothing is something - Everthing is One Thing" Adi Da Samraj
Wuji Qigong is medical AND Cosmological form. Cosmological means it is an practice for immortality not enlightenment. Taoism has shamanic roots, enlightenment is a foreign concept. The lineage energy behind this form is powerfull but they are immortals, have you seen the depections on LauTzu with an enlarged cranium.. Ultimately it will lead to REBIRTH, so the question is do want liberation from conditioned existence (enlightenment) or another rebirth as a conditioned being ?

I appreciate the perceptiveness of your comments. But no one leaps from ignorance into immortality; they pass thru various stages of enlightenment first. But your orientation of escaping the cycle of rebirth is NOT Taoist or shamanic, but rather Hindu-Buddist. Lao Tzu never talks about reincarnation...it's a myth. There is nothing to escape. Every soul comes in fresh, even if they take on other's old patterns. You'd like my kan and li courses, we go deep into all this.
