I was sweaty nervous as I heard her tired voice on the other end. "Hello?" I heard Miley say tiredly. Crap. Did I wake her? "Hey Miley. This is Nick."I said quickly. My phone almost slipped out of my hand by how sweaty I was getting. Then I heard her respond more alert now. "Oh uhm hello Nick. Is there a reason to be calling me?" I was a bit shocked. She sounded sour. Like she didn't want to speak to me. "Oh I just wanted to ask you something.." I heard her sigh heavily and most likely she rolled her eyes. Same old Miley. "What do you need to ask me, Nick. Do you realize its midnight?" Crap. I didn't check the time. She wasn't use to late nights and late mornings like I was use to. Sorry, I didn't realize. I just called without checking the time. There was a long awkward silence. "You called for a reason, Nick. Care to tell me that reason?" Miley said being annoyed by my silence. "I was hoping that maybe possibly we could hang out?"

Miley: :
He just asked me out. Why did he just ASK ME OUT?! Me being stupid I barked "I have a boyfriend!" Then I heard no response from him. None at all. Then I heard the line go dead. Stupid Miley. I just broke his heart again. After it already healed.

Nick: :
I threw my phone at the wall.Now I'm in trouble. Whatever. I have bigger problems. I called Miley asking her for a friendly lunch get- together and she barks at me I HAVE A BOYFRIEND! I felt like saying GOOD FOR YOU, HOPEFULLY HE WONT DUMP YOU FOR YOUR CRAP! But I didn't want to hurt her. But boy it was okay for HER to hurt ME. Then I heard the door open and close. I looked up and saw Joe and Kevin walk in. "You just broke - up with Sel?" I heard Kevin ask. I nodded my head. Why? This time it was Joe. "It just didn't feel right. I love her, but like a sister.. Not a lover." "Oh were sorry, Nick. But you'll find the right girl" Joe told me with a slight smile. "Yeah, man. Theirs a girl out there who belongs to you. You just haven't met her yet" I heard Kevin say with a smile. I just thought I already found her to bad she already belongs to someone else

The Next Day : :

I woke up that morning and my mind automatically went to Nick. How I most likely ripped his heart out again. What was he expecting me to do? Go on a date with him and get well that doesn't matter. What goes on between me and Justin is between me and Justin. No one needs to know. I crawled out of bed and got dressed and walked downstairs. Surprise. Surprise. Surprise. Justin was sitting at the table with my daddy, They were chatting like old buddies. I just rolled my eyes and walked downstairs. "Good morning bud!" "Good morning daddy" I gave my daddy a big bear hug. Then I faced Justin. "Hey baby face." Justin pulled me into a hug that was uncomfortable not only is he 5 years older than me he never mind. "Hey Justy Wusty." I forced through my teeth. "Hey lets go eat out today?" Justin asked me. "Justin we hung out yesterday and the day before that." "Please?" I sighed. "Fine then. Let me go get my purse." I rushed upstairs grabbed my purse, walked downstairs. Justin grabbed my hand and we left my house.
We walked into Koi restaurant holding hands. We took out usual booth in the back so no paparazzi would snap some photos of us. "Hey Miles? Want me to go get your usual?" "Uhm sure. Thanks Justin."I heard Justin heave himself off the seat and walk away. I pulled my sidekick out and scrolled through numbers until I reached the N's. Nick Jonas's name popped up as I highlighted over it. I pressed the button and chose text message. I immediately started to text -Hey Nick. Remember when u asked me 2 hang out with u? Is that offer still open?- I closed the phone and set it aside and Justin walked back with my coffee. My phone started to vibrate I grabbed it quickly and opened the phone afraid of what he would respond to...........
