The Victor Bomber was fired up and taxied along the runway at Yorkshire Air Museum, Elvington, to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of the Royal Air Force.

  • What a silly comment, comparing an aircraft introduced in 1958 with one from 1997.

    ^_^

    The Victor was an awesome cold war bomber. It had a phenominal range and payload for such a relatively small aircraft.

    It could carry over 35,000 of bombs over a range of 2,500 miles - with only a 110 ft wingspan. At Duxford for a while they had one parked under the wing of a B 52

  • B-2 bomber is better
