Chorus is um, rather direct, perhaps it demands a retaliation? A sort of east coast west coast vibe? Lucy was always a character, as much created by u as she was me. I see the verse stories relate to other characters on lovers lane. Hey, I used lovers lane as a metaphor for kings cross once. Was "Take the train down to lovers lane where the only king is on a poker machine".....
