The Tata Pixel concept includes following features

Zero Turn Drive

The Tata Pixel is able to maneuver and park in tight spaces due to the zero turn toroidal traction-drive, Infinitely Variable Transmission (IVT), and due to its steering system design. This results in a turning circle radius of 2.6 meters. The system assists rotation of the outer, and inner rear wheels.[4]

Low Carbon Footprint and High Fuel Efficiency
The Tata Pixel features a start stop hybrid and regenerative braking system, with a fuel efficient and low emission diesel engine. It has CO2 emissions of 89 gm/km and combined cycle fuel economy of 3.4 litres/100 km.[5]

Design
The Tata Pixel features a panoramic roof, diamond shaped window graphic and forward sweeping roof line. It also features a 'Scissor' door system for access and visibility.[6]

My Tata Connect
"My Tata Connect" is a platform which provides integration of smart phones or tablet with the vehicle's information, and entertainment system and also allows the user to control the key functions of the car.[7]


The Tata Pixel looks smarter than Nano esp. it's touch-screen technology & the Scissors-door.I think it w'll equally gain popularity if it is launched in Indian market too.It's market price in Indian rupees will be approx INR 275,000 ($ 6,100) and approx estimate time of launching is in 2014

Everything is quality from India unlike China=crap. Steel mills there make shit materials. India=good raw materials because of ideology and already existing heavy industries based on quality. Beautiful car and inovative steering.
