Im 15 and I get upper back pain from sitting in desk in school.

Similar to some of the stuff I'm doing in physio right now--injured my upper back for the seventh time :P) I'm 30.

Great! Thank you! It's also a great exercise if you want to exhaust your muscles before you follow them up with lunges, squats etc (if you want to enlarge your butt like me hehe)

I do spend a lot of time at my desk. I've been noticing how tight my lower back is in the morning, so I'll start the day with this movement.
