Tales of Destiny (PS1, JP) - Boss3: Lion - Victory

And now for a surprise video I made about a month ago!

I've decided to end the Tales of Destiny era of my channel with an epic video of me beating Lion in the first fight with him, and the dialog after!

I've kept a save file right before his fight ever since I learned you could beat him, and then I realized this would be the perfect way to end my ToD videos.

Lol, you pwned him! And at lvl 10-11? He killed me pretty much instantly when I played the first time...

Yeah, because I was at those levels my physical attacks couldn't do much damage, so I had to use those spells to do the big damage for me, also the Energy Bullets you can buy at the Oberon shops are a big help.

I went in stocked with 15 Apple Gels, Mixed Gels, Life Bottles, and Energy Bullets, and 4 Orange Gels, having all those items really helped me to survive.

How do u chage your character during battle? i'm playing the U.S. version

I always thought you could beat him by locking him in the corner doing just kicks...even if those kicks do 1 damage per kick and he has 9999 HP, he still can't break free from them all if you time them properly

I remember doing this ages ago with no planning involved. I loled when the game told me that all my guys became badass fugitive mercenaries and that the world would eventually end because they weren't united enough to stop the bad guys or something

ya the music is good, i also tryd to beat him, but i didnt use magic, i just tanked him and loss
