Are you secretly Cal Chuchesta? Just wondering....

Hell yeah, bro! I'm hoping Fitzpatrick shows Brady some moves. I agree w/ MonMccool, good jazz reference. Maybe even "The Shape of Jazz to Come," too. I know Pynchon likes Spike Jones. Also, if it weren't for Fantano (who I've been bugging for 2 years now, haha), I wouldn't have seen your videos. Hell yeah all around. High fives. Hope it starts coming together for everyone else, too.

You're like the offspring of HowTheWorldWorks (on YT) and Nicolas Cage.

Hahahahaha, The Needle Drop bro is pretty cool.

@gnites88 agreed...but man something deeply unsettling about that scene with bianca...even though i guess it can be argued it never happened....because when slothrop returns to the Anabis later people on board seem as if they've never met him before

@matthunterrlf there was more than one reference to human excrement in this book that gave me a few shudders as well.
comparing a book you've only read half of and openly admit to not "getting" to jazz is something already worthy of physical assault if you had mentioned it to a close friend, to yourself, to a dog but to actually record in on film and present it in a place where hundreds of people may see it is too much. you don't deserve to live because of this

Are you going to finish Gravity's Rainbow? By the way, it looks like you're sucking an invisible...popsicle in the tumbnail. No offense, just an onservation.

@chunkymilk HA true. You can't really see the finger pointing at the screen from a thumbnail, huh. I think I may keep it that way just because. Ha. I think I'll finish it some day, or at least give it another shot as a whole. Not any time too soon though.

Fathers are the carriers of the virus of Death, and sons are the infected....and, so that the infection may be more certain, Death in its ingenuity has contrived to make the Father and Son beautiful to each other as Life has made male and female...blicero tells this to gottfried just before he puts him into the Imipolex G "womb" of the 000000 in the last few pages...its my personal favorite passage...the human male is obsessed with sex...and sex is nothing but the creation of death

@matthunterrlf Well I didn't love it, until you explained it to me. You're right. Kick ass passage.
