Video of an interesting scene from the second demo of Crimson Echoes, a famous Chrono Trigger hack whose final version is expected to be finished this year. The story tries to link Chrono Trigger with Chrono Cross by explaining the events that happenned between the two games with a personal vision of its creators while being loyal to the guidelines that Chrono Cross adds to the story.

yes, it for a snes emulator (just anything like snes9x or zsnes), but I recommend you to wait for the final version of the game. Send me a message if you want a demo of the game anyways.

That Cease and Desist order is fake. It's signed "square enix legal department". C&D orders are signed with a real persons name; usually the lawyer representing the company, or an officials name and their rank or position in the company. The Crimson Echoes team is gullible and was tricked. If you call the number on the C&D order 310-846-0400, and ask them if it's true, they won't know what you're talking about. They never sent it. Zeality is freaked out by 1 fake letter.

You're right. It was a fake.

I should have known. Square would have sent C&D Letters to ALL of their games that were hacked by the fans.

We need to collectively send messages to the Crimson Echoes team.

And maybe, just maybe we may be playing this in a few days or weeks.

Lolololol, Ok kidos, For one the guy just told you all about two years ago that it is on ZSNES which is an emulator which means well this is not a game being made by a company it is in fact a game being made by a really dedicated fan boy who wanted to tell the events as he saw it. : ) I remember playing this six years ago : )

That's exactly what I don't understand. Why do you fanmade game creators have to always publish what you do during the process? If I had the skill and contacts to do a Chrono project, I would never dream of not getting a C&D by Squirt-Penix. Everyone knows what they do. "When will you ever learn..."

So, next time, anyone interested in making a fan Chrono game, they should keep it in secret, then upload it and distribute it through the net, and that's it. Squirt-Penix won't have time to stop it.
