@nippondaisuki Too bad you guys don't stop. I was out of the state for the summer and my parents kept receiving phones calls at their house. They told CVS to stop since I wasn't even in the state, and it took several tries. Then, I got phone calls on my cell phone. Those stopped when the prescription ran out. Just recently when I filled a new prescription, they started calling my parent's house again. I told them to stop only to have an automated call on my cell phone this morning.

@Robbob9933 Actually we called anyone, lol.. and I would feel bad alot of the times because I would talk to people that were so mad that they were nice, like they had given up, lol.. and I would get screamed at everyday but back then it was the only job I could find and I had to feed my baby :) So to everyone out there whining because a telemarketer is calling, instead of being a dick, realize that person is supporting a family & be thankful u have a nice home and phone to answer! lol

@boogie504 Actually the act of placing the call again was the violation. The only way to ever break this is if they give you permission or fail to renew on DNCR. "Engaming" is just a ruse used to bully the recipeint into not asserting their rights. The reason most telemarketers ignore the DNCR is that the fines are 1) tax deductable and 2) so small to be meaningless and 3) the FTC rarely enforces.

@Robbob9933 I used to work at a telemarketing agency and people would tell me that all the time, and they would research it and have big shpeels all ready about how its illegal once you ask and all this, we would call the next day, lol.. That doesnt scare anyone because there are stipulations, like if you engane in coversation before telling the person that for instance saying "hello" back, lol you will stay on the list..

You can tell then to stop calling you and they have to stop.

Hope you found a better pharmacy. Try an independent pharmacy. They have great service with same copay

@QuickRick19 alright dude i understand you didnt "sign up" for it but if you notice its not "ready fill" that's calling you and telling you its filled its asking if you want it filled pay the fuck attention and you might notice next time you fucking dumbass. or you can always call the store and have them take you out of the system cause we all know you are making empty threats and still continue to go there. you're too lazy not to.
I have and he is great I only used CVS one time to fill a script cause i was in a hurry and they were close and then the calls kept coming

you don't get it first it is not my responsibility to have to call you. Second, your company says sign up for it but i did not and third i had to call the pharmacy the 800 number would not do it this is an invasion of my privacy by greedy corporate powers that needs to be stopped and the only thing they understand is money
