This video is rubbish. Osteoclasts remove old brittle bone so the osteoblasts can build new flexible bones. It is not because of over production. Furthermore, bones are held together by proteins, these proteins give bones their strength through flexibility.

USE A WEIGHT VEST - THEY DID A LENGTHY STUDY ON WOMEN WITH OSTEOPOROSIS AND THE GROUP THAT WORE A WEIGHT VEST RE GAINED BONE MASS THAT THEY HAD LOST . THE GROUP THAT WORE NO VEST CONTINUED TO LOOSE BONE MASS. MY MD RECOMMENDS THE ONE BY NYK AS IT IS MADE FOR A WOMANS BODY AND ITS SLEEK AND MADE CORRECTLY
