Arrogant is proper, if you think of this word differently, The americans are pretty arrogant, and arrogance is a critical ingredient that made them the number 1 superpower in this world. The chinese, somehow on the other hand, are too Confucian, too modest, too gentle. if the chinese government can one day display an arrogant image to the world like the americans do today, then no one will dare to challenge China. sometimes being a mafia is more effective than being a saint.
