A "NO" in the UP Student Regent (SR) referendum is just as valid as a "yes".
A "NO" reassures the Office of the Student Regent (OSR) as strongly as a "yes".
A "NO" vote is not a "NO" to the OSR but a "NO" to the flaws of the existing Codified Rules for Student Regent Selection (CRSRS)

Choose "NO" if YOU want CHANGE.

And to Emil Tapnio...what did you say? "We are left with no other choice but to vote NO?" I definitely disagree. When was the last time you checked the issue, it's not in vacuo? Please be reminded that positioning yourselves behind the wall puts you on the wall. Or should I say, in principle, you are fence sitting while grandstanding?
