Will do. I have been gearing up to make a whole new batch of videos, and I am intending to do a few that will be of the guided meditation variety. Thanks for watching and subscribing. Best wishes. - Blake

Good introductory meditation video. I have been meditating for the last several years, and find it to be a very valuable and powerful practice. Currently I do "zazen" (Zen) meditation, which aims at becoming aware of our thoughts. I've also done vipassana meditation, which is similar to zazen. Both techniques are great. I consider meditation to be among the most fundamental and essential practices on the path of spiritual self-discovery and self-awakening. Thanks for the video!

Want to add this.
I'm really not in any of the societystress yet I find it very hard to calm the mind. I can only imagine how stuck and hopeless most people are in their imprisoned minds.
I want to remind everyone who finds it hard to calm down the everspeaking mindvoice to use BREATH AWARENESS it really works if any focus fails.
how do you do the chakra works? and what do you think, about shrooms and peyote?

Your on the money Living Success, I have realized that when i meditate in the morning and noon and even as i drift to bed i have more vivid recall of dreams.
I meditated noon today using the looking in the 3rd eye area and saying to my self now im out of body and with in 45mins my body was going into a trance and feeling heavy and numb if i had given it more time i would have been OOBE for sure.

That's great. You will find as you continue to explore meditation that there is much more to it than the OOBE state, or the lucid dreaming state. Personal enlightenment, bliss, nirvana, cosmic consciousness are all states of consciousness that are accessible (eventually...) through the practice of meditation. Thanks for sharing. I just checked out your OOBE / lucid dreaming vid. Keep on sharing.
