  • Hey, is your floor padded? Nice moves even with the slippery pole :)

  • Yes, the floor is covered with mats. It's much more comforting to have mats on the floor than dancing on a concrete floor! :)

  • hmmm ive never noticed before, but are you left handed?? Great vid as always! looked a bit slippery.. i dont think anyone would have minded if you stopped to wipe down the pole with a towel...! =) great job..

  • Yes... I am left handed but do some things right handed even on the pole. I could have stopped to wipe down the pole but I was so focused on getting as many moves in as possible lol!

  • Thanks... yes the pole was VERY slippery! I also had a huge blister on my hand so spinning was extremely painful.

  • great vid!! Slippery pole about half way thorugh eh! lol. I like this vid though because I can sorta try new tricks without all the flowery stuff- just seeing it cut and dry is a big help! :)

  • Wow, you're very good! Wanna know something funny? You look just like my friend's mom and it scared me for a second lol Keep it up, your videos are fun and inspiring XD

  • I think the floor is a good idea! and I loved the cartwheel!!

  • cute cartwheel at the end too!! loving the flooring, kool idea.

  • i love how you lined the floor with mats! i should have my pole next week and i can return! love watching you becca!

  • I think the idea for this challenge was brilliant. It's made me think about one of the questions I posed on my profile page 2 months back--what would an Olympic pole sport look like? Without a dancer's unique style, the performance seems to lose some of its vitality. I've had the Olympics on in the background all week, watching the various gymnasts. I think if pole went Olympic, it would need to preserve its unique "dance" element--like figure skating. As always, you did a great challenge!!!
