This is for all of my Arabic-speaking fans out there. I had so many requests to sing another Arabic song, so here it finally is! I hope you like this one as much as I do. It's a beautiful, classic song that I tried to perform in as much of a classic style as possible. Dalida is one of the most beautiful singers I have ever seen and once I heard her sing several years ago, I couldn't help but love this music. Long live Dalida!

Part of the lyrics are based on an Egyptian folk song about a man wandering in the desert between the dunes, the whole time seeing a mirage of a paradise-like garden. The song simply talks about Egyptians suffering outside their homeland but that they are happy with life whether they are rich or poor.
