Dear thedagonjones, if you believe the stuff that you just wrote i sincerely hope you find the light of god as in the song "that saved a wretch like me". i believe that if you say one of the greatest christian hymns of all time is a hoax and is demeaning of our father i believe that you should just move on as is seams you do not act like a follower of god. As in the song "i once was lost but now am found, was blind but now i see."

I love God I love Jesus

A meaningful song, for God's amazing grace, which was to send Christ to the cross just to save us from our sins, when we deserved to go to hell.

@P665a hey this is about a song saying thanks to God but you said a bad word dont use words like that!

@ucoconut Incorrect. This song was written by John Newton, he'd been a captain of a slave ship for over 20 years. This song discribed his passion and love for the slaves, he could no longer endure others their torture, and went into a live of abstinence and devotion to God. This is the very first and most known white spiritual song, on a black spiritual melody. (The original melody is said to be an African Sorrow Chant, heard by John Newton from inside the belly of the slave ships.)

Amazing Grace is probably the most beautiful Christian song ever written. I love it.

It is a very godless wicked song.It attempts to depicts our Creator in a bad light making us corrupt(God said we are not responsible for the sins of the father and that means Adam in that particular tale)and then having a sacrifice in which the being had to be beaten and mutilated and dead before we could believe this shit and be forgiven. This is evil by any moral standards just like the tale of god commanding a man to burn his son.Gen22.God said he never did.Jer19:5 l8<o
