Low lighting, laughter and love ooze out of the walls of the family owned Minotaure, where the vibe is enhanced on weekends by a fabulous array of local Flamenco musicians who have come to live in this seaside neighborhood from all over the world.
Frank and Regina have made Minotaure a second home for many regular customers —some pop in for dinner three or four times a week as the menu always features over thirty different dishes of Spanish Tapas every night.
