The cozy living area includes a wood-burning fireplace, a TV with expanded tier cable, and a DVD player, as well as a stereo. The dining area seats up to eight guests. There is a half-bath off the living area. Both the living area and dining area have access to the furnished screened porch, which includes a sitting area and a hammock, as well as a dining table for six, and several rocking chairs. Steps from the screened porch lead down to the private heated swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for cooking; all you need to bring is the food and any spices you might need. The master suite is furnished with a king bed. This lovely bedroom offers a TV and private access to the screened porch, which spans the back of the home. This bedroom also features a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. SECOND FLOOR: Four more bedrooms can be found on the second floor. The first bedroom is set apart from the others, and is furnished with a king bed. It offers its own TV and access to the second floor deck, as well as a private bath. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and offers deck access as well. Across the hall, the third bedroom has a daybed and trundle bed; it, too, has its own TV. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and has a TV and VCR, and access to the upstairs deck. These three bedrooms share a full hall bath.
