455 almost parallel squat and 520 failed attempt. Also included 135 decline sit up x 10 and the car lifting attempt videos but couldn't quite get either of the wheels off the ground.

  • @rctriplefresh5 theres a metal rod in the middle I used from a wrist curling rope thing I got from walmart and used that to keep the plates still when I go down. Yeah I really hope to get the car up soon.

    damn your cars have some big spring..when i lift my civic or try to atleast the springs dopnt go up as much...maybe cause im not strong enough//
