  • Why didn't you just call it a Hindu Temple !

why you guys twist everything for money etc. This is vedic knowledge.. Anyone who does not acknowledge it source and show gratitude could never get its benefits ! That is called stealing !

  • If you mean the Ormes Temple, it is not a Hindu Temple. We draw from many sources. We include Netarian Yoga, as recorded on the ancient Egyptian Temple walls in Mtr Ntr. We draw from even older wisdoms deeper into the continent as well, and even the Americas. Some things that have been revealed even before India. The idea that one people hold the truth is false. The truth has been revealed all over to and through all people. The truth is free, & makes us free! Let go and expand in ONE Love.

  • The proper technique is to breath in for an established count, for expample "4." With equal rhythm, try holding for twice the count, "8" and exhaling for twice the initial count, "8" again, really emptying all air. No count on the turn around, after exhaling immeditely go into the next breath for "4" again. Don't strain, be gentle with yourself. It comes with practice. Strain and force will cause a negative response in the process and on all levels of your being.

Chakra (derived from the Sanskrit cakraṃ चword that translates as wheel or disc. a concept referring to wheel-like vortices

I use the word "Chakra" in reference to spinning energy vortexes, through which our initial birth recipie of conscious awareness and energy pass through. As this happens, we are continuously expanding our conscious awareness and uplifting the quality of our energy, thus discovering our true essencial being.

  • That's it I'm going find a woman that talks and looks like you My Goddess.

  • pranayama was created and developed by Indians - without Gratitude to Holy Ones - that becomes non-kosha !!

  • well, some have not proven their methods. India has for centuries produces saints - their ways are proven by results - .

I do agree that Central American Indians and even North American Indians had their proven ways, but I believe they have been lost, besides did not endure the force ot the materialist white man's will !

To some extent - with drugs - that some cultures did made progress ? question is did the endure !

  • Will this pranayama help with teeth grinding and/or loosen a tight jaw?
