So what is different here? You are using a 12V LA battery into an auto ignition coil, switched by a self oscillation relay (buzzer) supplying HV to a CFL (mercury vapor) lamp. What is novel or interesting here?

You are abosolutely right. Nothing novel, unique or interesting for you. Obviously you know it all - thus it is only of interest to people that does not know how to do it.
