Trained operator showing Tinius Olsen 60,000# "Super L" tensile testing machine is in proper working condition.
Has MTESTWindows software.
Fully functional.
Has 2 Epsilon extensometers that measure 0.001" thickness. Models are 3542-0100-025-ST and 3542-0200-025-ST.
Tinius Olsen machine was calibrated in Feb 2009 and is within calibration date.
Epsilon 3542-0100 was calibrated in 2008 and has spare parts.
Included are compression unit for testing, computer, printer, monitor, and all components necessary for operation.

  • Hilarious! It looks like sample has been ground, not machined and they were testing WAAAAY outside of ASTM ! Enjoy. I run a materials lab and this one is funny

  • Those grips on the top crosshead should not be sticking out past the bottom of the crosshead. Shims should be placed behind the grips when testing thin materials. Good video.
