  • @jody4403363881 Since when did the science of chemistry become known as the art of terrorism or drug making? It's people's curiosity that leads them to the field of science, which is lacking now of days, because it's looked upon as a negative thing. I promote any who read this to go explore your curiosity and learn more about the world around you whether it be an in-depth mathmatical review or just observing something go "boom".

  • Looks like a pimple at the end

  • or he want's to make matches

  • Of course you can make red phosphorus; but you need white phosphorus to begin with (really bad stuff.) You can make that, if you have a nice blast furnace. All in all, if you're asking about red P, you're either making weapons, or making drugs. Either one of those can get you hurt or in trouble! Be careful.

  • yeah i expected that it would work, its just so toxic and dangerous that i wouldn't want to attempt it

  • No! It's tested & It works, of course you shouldn't do that in your kitchen or directly inhale the fumes as it mainly consists of phosphorous and phosphine

  • hell no you'll kill yourself, there would be so much toxic smoke from that reaction

  • phosphorous making by home-made cells is impossible try phosphites with Al powder, sort of thermite.

  • You need very high energy cells, most likely a car battery, then you plug in your cathode and anode to both of your wires, you can use a copper rod. then try to get a hold of phosphate salts, phosphoric acid will do. You will have white phosphorus at first, but you can convert it easily to red.

  • then, how can i make it (;
