Below are some scriptures that I mentioned in this video for your reference:
Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Luke 4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.
Psalms 1:1 ¶Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
John 12:46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.
John 15:4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
John 15:6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.
John 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
Psalms 91:5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
Where to go from here:
Believe that Jesus died in your place for your sins and that God raised Him from the dead and confess Him with your mouth as Lord and you will be saved:
-Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Prayerfully get involved in a Bible believing church, a spirit-filled, gospel believing, evangelical church where Jesus is Lord and there is no dabbling in immortality and flesh pleasing doctrines.
Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
Be baptized as a public confession of your faith in Jesus our Lord:
Matthew 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Matthew 10:32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

I had the same thing happen to me this evening. I was laying down frightened to the bone after a phone call the other day where a person had me so scared of them, their voice and their threats. I heard without a doubt a voice in me and outside of me that clearly said. "Fear no man". It was a man's voice and he added my name to the end. God was speaking directly to me. I felt a presence and then the presence was quickly gone. I started looking up "Fear no man."

I struggle with this anxiety when I go to a public place in town. If it's out of town though I don't care. God is helping me though :)

religion/faith is surely need of humans. At the time of crisis, our faith helps us. Surely, we can live without any religion if we are strong enough otherwise religion is the panacea for most of the problems.
