  • left handed forever :-)

    south paw for real.

really good video to pratice my stance.

  • good video and good fundamentals

  • @Xbuzzkill LOL good shit man! lol

  • Damm...I'ma get super good at fighting

I have a notebook filled with 40+ people I need to fuck up

  • @Netinterspace This is true... as he said in the beginning he is fighting in southpaw or left handed stance so just reverse what hes sayin... but yeah, right handed left leg at the front and the right at the back unless u wanna switch things up to confuse ur opponent. Take it easy.

  • He trains both feet on the ball of the foot. My trainer says that too. Not everyone does it though. I find it very hard to balance this way but it I believe it's the correct way. It's just damn difficult. Suppose I just have to keep at it and hope it becomes easier. Is it just me?

  • @itsallgood239

Amen.. lmfao I laughed at that (=

  • the reason why he stands square kind of is because if your in a boxing stance your more on an angle and its slower when you check a kick. every martial arts style is different. you duck like a boxer ill will clench you or knee you. whatever dojo your in with the rules they will win. good video i like it. im not a big fan of the 45 degrees one but my coach also saids punch and return back to your cheek before you throw the next one

  • good video...makes a change to see someone who knows what their doing and can explin it clearly

  • This is pretty much the stance much been taught. It's the most effective for pure striking. Maybe not MMA but definitely striking. Good to see somebody on youtube who actually knows what they are doing. Well done. I need to work on my hip movement and kicks.
