The Broadhollow Theatre at Elmont presents "Little Women". Book by Allan Knee, music by Jason Howland and lyrics by Mindi Dickstein. With Chris Leidenfrost-Wilson as Laurie, Taylor Sorice as Jo, Jennifer Leibowitz as Meg, and Jason Howard as John Brooke. Presented in July 2009. Most of Annie Moffet's Ball scene and the song "Take A Chance On Me".

  • This is the only video I've managed to find of the "Ball Scene", and the way they did it here is adorable and funny. I love the part where Mr. Brooke throws his coat over poor Jo. The number was great, as well.

    Jo is also very good in this -- she's got a cute/comical-type charisma that I've never seen before, but it works perfectly. :)
