Three days grace are not emo that's not even a genre they are a hard rock band or alternative but that does not mean they are emo when they were groundswell they post grunge now they are hard rock one-x is mostly songs that Adam wrote in drug rehab like pain, animal I've become and it's all over life starts now their third album is about their lives like their first album (three days grace) but Adam isn't on drugs anymore, emos really don't exist it's a hate word that bullies use, basically emo
