  • I have done some TAT in which thoughts came up that really surprised me. I also used EFT but had become really upset at a thought that came up so I did TAT and it calmed me. I would like to learn more but finances prevent it. Due to physical weakness, I have done TAT lying down, also sitting down with my arms propped upon pillows. Thoughts keep coming up it is no wonder I am ill from them. Please, please, please post more videos.

  • hm. this is cool. I'm going to give this a try. My trauma is all from university.

  • Would be good to see some more TAT demos.

  • This is perhaps the most remarkable,

    beautiful, ultra-simple and user-

    friendly healing technique ever

    brought to humankind.

    Thank you Tapas!

  • Thank you Tapas. I have had and still have amazing results from TAT, not only for myself but also my clients. I use many healing modalities but for the most effective final results I have found TAT to be the most suitable and my clients can go home knowing that they can now help themselves to heal and get rid of their negative emotions and feelings by simply holding the "Pose" wile in a negative state. Peace begins with me. May the blessings be.

  • Very interesting point about how people "want it back" when a familiar pain is removed!

  • How wonderful to see TAT on YouTube! I use TAT more and more with myself and clients, and keep experiencing amazing healing. Thank you Tapas and TAT'ers everywhere! Keep the films coming! Love and Blessings from Ellen, Oslo
