Thanks to a collection of members of Congress dedicated to human rights issues and an incredible grassroots outpouring of support, Congo conflict minerals language that was up for consideration by Congress has been included in the Financial Reform Bill.

You guys get a chance to see how the adults of the world are actually doing the business that affect your lives, and this is what you notice? Hair? Rep. Frank's funny voice?

I think maybe you're too used to the way celebrities are selected for being artificially pretty. Celebrities are to intellectual effort what the Red Delicious apple is to fruit.

We need people with brains and guts making laws, and though I don't always agree with him, I have to put Rep. Frank in that category.

What will this bill mean, and will we see that it's not just a pr whitewash?

On the sexual abuse, doesn't this behaviour destroy them socially? Surely thier own people can't respect them?

I sure hope victims aren't ostricised as they have been in other conflicts.

This is bullcrap ! Every product ever made has some kind human issue with it, it comes with the tag. If someone doesn't die getting that special product you so very much want, then whats the point buying it. Think about it, if a child in the congo, steals a piece of gold, that gold could as well have being used for a processor, is it wrong to cut one of their hand off, or was it wrong of them to stop progress, think about it. Thank you !

I will support this once the "ENOUGHproject" will pay every company that falls under this to design, build and process new products which do not use these minerals.

Other wise I saw this is a joke! I disagree with this project 100%. I think you need to learn a bit more about business before you go running your mouth about this.
