Clarence Laking was the last Canadian who could say, 'I fought on the front lines of World War One.' Laking passed away in November 2005. He was 106 years old.

Laking was the very last Canadian who could say he fought on the front lines of WW1. Yes, there is still one veteran alive and while he was in the infantry, he never went to France to participate in the fighting. Similar stories for the others that outlived Laking.

As Albert Einstein ones sayd, i dont know what wepons WW3 will be fought with but i do know WW4 will be fought with sticks and stones, and no the cold-war was not WWIII, no superpower declared war on oneanother at ALL, just intimidation.
