@kipkip123thomas you have to install the php pear smtp mail package to configure the mail with smtp authentication because these email providers have secured their emails with passwords and sstp so download that and configure you smtp server as you configure Thunderbird or outlook.
i have been in this problem from a lot of time now i got the answer so i thought that i should share it with everybody.
