Most probally Adobe After Effects on smiilar. It looks like Video Copilots "Riot Gear" is in there too. It's a collections of visual elements like the ink and paper textures. Set up a 3D world in After Effects, animate the ink in and out, move the camera about and volia one epic trail. Obviously it's alot more complex than that but you get the jist.

Its Olive that did the song but so did ATB they did a version together But its the Video that is amazing here and it goes so well with the track everyone has a story "aint that the truth" many kudos for putting it up I was looking everywhere for this I see it on Foxtel in Australia quite a bit (gets me every time)
