In this series I'll be introducing you to Binding of Isaac's vast itemlist (including the DLC items as well). Videos contain visual effects of the items as well as descriptions. Yep... I rarely get is item as well. If you have the DLC you have even smaller chance of getting the original items.

How can you exactly take that effect away?

There's no way except for dying but with spoon bender this item is quite good and it kinda takes the effect away. Spoon bender is the item that gives your tears homing ability.
