It`s like the "Back+HP" interferes the inputs for EX Spinning Bird Kick?
I will try it later.
I always kinda affected with the old strict input tradition of its previous series. I thought it was a little impossible at first.

no its not half circle motion, its literally just down(hold), b+hp, up 3kicks.
there's no charge partitioning either, like other ppl saying. its really not that complicated, just gotta get timing down

I thought those input was only possible in SFIV whose command inputs are not as strict as in previous series.
