For me, the real gold in this presentation is Findley's observation at 5:15: there are only 2 bones in the body where the bones keep their same distance when the joint is moving. The geometry is always subtly shifting in angle, torque, and distance between bones. Our deeply-ingrained "levers and pivots" mental model is essentially bankrupt. This is the stuff of a scientific revolution.
