I have found that these children seem to be sweeter by nature...and more caring individuals as well. I pray that they find a cure for these young people. God bless

These children are usually the most lovely little beings inside as well as compassionate and caring towards others. Like they absorb wisdom beyond their years as well.

My little brother Zachary Moore passed away with progeria about 4 years ago. We lived in Stillwater, OK, US

An infusion of bone marrow from teh kids mum should cure progeria.

i have a cousin that has progeria. He has such a strong soul but such a weak body. he's only 11

I only learned about this disease today. I decided to look more into it and found it very heart breaking. All of the children I've seen who have this so far have had very sweet personalities and it really seems unfair how they only get a short time to share it. I really hope they find a cure for this so these children can go on living as ordinary of a life as the rest of us have.

poor kids, my mom knew a little girl with it when she was young. died at 15 :(, i also heard that they are testing gene therapy on a few of them to help delay the ageing they also think if it works it may delay the ageing in normal ageing people like a the fountain of youth
