Bad management is the blame for all the problems they have caused. All of the infrastructures are so out of date and are breaking down.
What in the heck they need to increase the distribution charges for? To recoup the losses for the 2008 ice storm? They must have insurance to cover that loss. Someone at Unitil is reaping the profits. We will find out who is doing this.
