bought an iMac 24" Core2Duo 2.8 with 320 GB harddrive ... for me, the harddrive is to small, so I decided to switch to a bigger one ... here is the video of my work
for 1:1 backup i used SuperDuper!; after replace the disc i've installed OSX from original DVD, after first boot i've transfered all my porgrams, settings, tools and files back from backup-hd. it works really well. 1 hour install, 1 hour recover all files.
While I do appreciate your effort, I'm affraid that the execution leaves a lot to be desired. Watching your back while you're ACTUALLY REPLACING the hard drive is not what I'd call a tutorial video :)
Thanks for the walkthrough. Did you image your drive and transfer OSX to the replacement drive? Would love some info on that !
