how 'lost' used to be...

The last four scenes are some of my favorites on Lost ever.

I'm so frustrated after last episode. It's official, for me the Lost I knew and love died at the end of season 3. Hated guts season 4 but I wished for things to get better, they only got worse.

I'll still watch till the end but I don't think the finale will change something.

The editing is kinda simple. I just wanted to show how great Lost used to be, with not many effects, just one transition.

Didn't want to use this song, but i couldn't find anything better. I have so many projects and i didn't want to lose too much time on this. I had to do it tho.

Dude, its getting better and better every season, but yea, If you are totally into character development then the newer seasons won't do it for you anymore. Im more of a plot driven guy, so I am glad they got all of the character development done in the first three seasons now its all plot... with some character development still, justy not nearly as much. Its just coming to an end and they have to wrap things up now. :)

@alicemadden I always liked the mythology too. But until now the answers seem lame and made up to me. I've always seen Lost as e great puzzle, with the pieces coming together at the end. For now it just seems a bloody mess.

The answer of the whispers was just lame. Ugh, they're the dead ppl? Lost used to be original, once.

I loved every single episode from lost. And I think some characters actually developed more in the last seasons than in the first ones (Benjamin in particular) And I adored the 'time-traveling' episodes.. how Miles saw his father holding him.. and Sayid shooting Ben as a kid.. I love that kind of stuff. And when we saw how the hatch was built. Yeah I actually liked all of the seasons, even though the last ones were different from the first 3.

When Lost hit Season 4, it was a completely different show. It was a good show, lots of cool scifi and mystery, but it wasn't the show I fell in love with.

I completely agree. I still love and watch the show now. But it's not the same as it used to be. Season 1 - 3 will always be my favourites.

I miss all of the character developpement in the show. And when the show used to be about the characters being together and stuff. I just don't get the same feeling as I used to watching it now.

It's still great, don't get me wrong but it's not the same...

@grable42 I totally agree - the producers and writers got such backlash when there were no answers just questions and lots of character development so they decided to finish the series after six seasons as "fans" were getting impatient and now that the end is nigh people are saying the answers are not what they wanted. The saying is true, you can please some of the people some of the time....

As for the editing tho, loved the transition you used - Kate's confused face was funny too LOL

I totally agree with you ! I have watched up to season 4 and even at the end of s 3 it wasnt really the same thing. Were are all the happy moments and jokes and idk, the show has kind of lost it's "spark" .

Anyway I loved this vid, really showed how great the show used to be :]
