how to connect wii mote to pc to make it touch screen

i am using a program called bluesoliel v5.0 i think and i am using something called wiiwhiteboard u can download it for free. sorry that it was bad quaility and u couldnt hear me properly it was my first video nut basicly wot u do is:
1.buy a wiimote
2.buy a bluetooth dongle
3.buy a pc
4.instal bluesoliel 5.0.5.178(best version for me because i am running vista ultimate)
5.click on search on the bluetooth places screen
6.keep youre fingers pressed on the 1 and 2 buttons on the wiimote so it flashes or click on the red sync button next to the bateries
7.connect to the wiimote using HID (human interface somthing)option
8.run the program you want for the wii mote oh yh and you can let go of the two buttons after its connected
