I was seated at 36A , 1 seat behind this , when i flew HKG-YVR on CX888. Its a great plane,isnt it ?

Probably the best landing video I've seen yet. Everything about it is just beautiful. I love how you captured the sounds really well. Not just the engine noise, but the sounds in the cabin as well. There's a part where the plane enters the cloud while descending and it looks like it's picking up speed. No other video I've seen shows that.

i have to admit the wing is too big to see anything from Hong Kong
or is it that the seat u r in is directly looking at the wing

It is the seat directly looking at the wing. Seat number is 35A. That flight was full from JFK to HKG.

I try my best to capture the landing using the point and shoot camera. I agree it is one of the softest landing with Cathay Pacific.
