The worst day of my life i know rick he was like my dad my girlfriend clair was his neese and i knew jeff also rick didint need to die or evin think about dieing he had a great life and did tons of cool things and was supper nice and friendly and mad a liveing doing what he did best raceing and kicking ass love you rick RIP.

To say that Dan Wheldon's accident was avoidable and this should have never happened is ridiculous. The speeds that they were running were much slower than when the Cart PPG ran here in the 90's Ayrie qualified at 236 mph. These 2 idiots may voice their opinions but they have no clue, It's racing and if the element of death was not there then where the challenge. They all know that the next race could be their last. God Bless Dan's family and pray for them.
