Findlanderxx, No where in canstitution it say that government has the duty to provide healthcare. Canstitutional lawyers are now lookinag at this powergrab of the govt. As the matter of fact under the commerce clause governmental restriction of insurance competition between the states is unlawfull(which is one of the reasons why insurance costs so much). Now if you stop making companies buy insurance and let people do it, the price will drop.

Hitler was not a socialist. In 'Mein Kampf'', he denounced Marxism and socialism. He advocated a type of mercantilism, which is far from socialism.
