In the episode, "The Soup Nazi", Elaine buys an armoire from a guy on the street and asks Kramer to watch it over night 'cause she can't get it up to her apartment until the next day... a few hours later, Bob and Cedric come along and decide to just take it. Kramer tries to stop them but they threaten him. He later tells Elaine that "a couple of street toughs" took the armoire.

@Breadfan866 In the soup Nazi episode, these are the two guys who jacked Elaines Armoire from Kramer; they were actually pretty antagonizing...in a gay way. (NOT that there's anything wrong with that).

I don't know for sure if this is the first time he meats them, but they come across more then once. Maybe he remembers them.
