Hi there , i lik you video and wanted to sya ive started taking Cipralex 20mg , took my first pill the outher day didnt eat much and had an energy drink. dotn think that was smart, my head and throwt felt weird all day. and i havent eaten much today at all. i hope the next day is okey. i will read the pamplet more. but thank you for posting videos.

Hi anticenaguy. I got diagnosed with anxiety and depression in February and I remember watching your videos when I first started on medication. Cipralex was the first one I tried, also on 10mg and then got bumped up to 20mg. It has been an absolute miracle for me. Not perfect as I notice my emotions and motivation are lower than before on it but it pulled me out of the hole I'd dug myself into and fixed my very long standing social anxiety, something I never thought it would do. I am on Lexapro 20mm and its been 4 weeks and my anxiety is not bad no more and my depression is almost gonne. I can often now be social and be around people and can hold a conversation with out been scared. I think doctor needs to increased more I think so I can be stable,but Im gonna give the meds to work if not I will tell my doctor to increased. So far Lexapro is the best cuz I'v try so many and none of them have work,so Iam gonna stick with Lexapro.

Also, any fatigue or other side effects?

What about....erm...performance in the bedroom lol? Was on Zoloft briefly and lost libido completely. I heard some ssri's make you lose interest, and others just make you last longer...sometimes too long (I'm male btw)
