  • Facebook sucks ass

  • One sticks one’s finger into the soil to tell by the smell in what land one is: I stick my finger in existence — it smells of nothing.

Where am I? Who am I? How came I here?

What is this thing called the world? What does this world mean?

Who is it that has lured me into the world?

  • Gil Scott-Heron: a man far----FAR----ahead of his time.

  • The Revolution begins with YOU!

  • Damn. Right to the point...directly going straight for the Jugular!

  • yep, good one, agreed. time to get off youtube and hang out on wall street or wherever the kids are at these days. viva la revolucion.

  • well it may not be quite anti consumerist but definatly warning about the commercialization of social events. when he says words like "the revolution will not be brought to you by xerox... or make you look five pounds thinner" he's warning about how the revolution will me marketed by the media to be another thing with mass appeal. It warns that the "revolution" you experience through TV, twitter, fb is only ever a watered down and misleading version of the real thing. you have to see it yourself

  • Yes!

  • ever seen Greg Graffith?

  • he's correct. wether we like it or not, we live in a culture of consumerism. a filthy capitalistic profitingmaximising consumerism.

  • that is not what this is about. excellent rhetoric/b.s though, are you an aspiring politician? culture of consumerism? good one, you nearly had me.
