  • im pretty sure i saw this thing run and it only did a 14.09 1/4 mile or something. Not really worth 7thousand for 1.5 seconds off stock

  • it wasnt $7k and how much money would it take you otherwise to drop a second and a half if that is what this would run, you have never seen this truck at the track either and on our dyno it was in the mid 13s.

  • @1Erland5 the auto trans and if its 4x4 the transfer case and the rear diff eat ALOT of the rated hp but make no mistake that 245 whp will get these big ass trucks to the speed limiter quick if you want a fast 1/4 dont buy a 4 door truck

  • @R7300 To make it even worse.... I did a 14.91 in my 06 Ram with no upgrades. All I did was take the spare out and took the tailgate off.

  • @1Erland5 The 345 is measured at the crank, not the wheels. All vehicles are measured in this manner for the most part.

  • @Big3Racing Some nitrous and slicks would do it for less than half.

  • @nick121690 yeah but you got a 5.9. So its completely different, I like the sound of yours though, very nice.

  • @R7300 i spent about 7k and went from 18s to high 15s in the 1/4 .....these trucks are heavy SOBs and need alot of work to go fast.

  • holy crap.. the back end must kick out like crazy with all that power and no weight back there!

  • This truck weighs around 5300 lbs, so a Challenger/Charger weighs closer to 1,000 lbs less, not 2,000.

  • @1Erland5 the factory rated power is measured at the crankshaft. rated horsepower at the rear wheels is always a smaller number because of driveline loss. the important thing to remember is that the difference is what is important.

  • @Big3Racing A Dodge Charger/Challenger makes 350 whp, but weighs 2,000 lbs. less and does mid-high 13s... what planet are you on ?
