Mom's Ho-made Microwave Peanut Brittle

2 cups sugar
3 cups raw peanuts
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup Karo syrup
2 tsp butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda

In a glass bowl, mix sugar, peanuts & karo syrup.
Microwave for 5 min
Add salt
Microwave for 5 min
Stir, add butter and vanilla, stir
Microwave for 4 min
Stir then add baking soda then pour on greased cookie sheet

Do not spread, it will make the candy too thin & chewy! After cooling break into pieces
